If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
