One-Time Purchases If you wish to cancel a one-time order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservices@bleakridge.co.uk. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is despatched. Once an order has been despatched, our standard return and refund policy applies.

Subscription Orders Where subscription or recurring purchase options are available, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at customerservices@bleakridge.co.uk. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order to avoid being charged for that period. Once a subscription order has been despatched, our standard return and refund policy applies.
