Shipping policy

Please note: Orders placed between 15 and 23 August 2026 will be dispatched from 24 August. At all other times, we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days.

UK Orders We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and typically arrive within 3–5 working days, though occasionally delivery may take up to 10 working days.

International Orders We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Bleak Ridge has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.
